2026 Important Dates:

January 5th: Deposit Due $1000 for Cabanas,
$400 for Shower and Bath Cabins

March 1st: Deposit Due 50% of Total Balance / Main office open weekdays for payment, photos and tours (Silver Point Office)

April 1st: 3% Processing Fee added to all credit card transactions

April 6th: Main Office opens seven days a week for payments, photos and tours (Silver Point Office)

May 1st: Members are allowed access to their accommodations

May 15th: Remaining Balance Due

May 16th: The Sun and Surf Main Office opens

May 23rd: The 2026 Season begins

June 29th: Full time cabana service begins

Sept. 7th: The 2026 Season ends

Sept. 13th: Last day for Member access to Accommodations
